Ltd (ACN: 149 617 265). By accessing, browsing or using this website,
you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from
time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by
completing the enquiry form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. Easy Home Products Pty Ltd may amend these Terms and Conditions from time
to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued
use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by
and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.
Warranty
Easy Home Products Pty Ltd
offers a 12 month replacement warranty from the date of purchase if
the product you have purchased is found faulty due to poor workmanship. If
making a warranty claim, you must contact us to get a Warranty Claim Number
(WCN) and attach it to any items returned. Items returned to us without a
WCN number will not be accepted. All postage costs when returning an item
are to be paid by the sender unless the item was found Dead On Arrival
(DOA) in which case Easy Home Products Pty Ltd will provide instructions when
providing a WCN.
Refunds
All orders placed are final and no refunds will be given for change of mind.
If you have any questions regarding our products, we ask that you please contact
our Customer Service Department using the details found on our Contact Us page to ensure that the product is
suitable for you before purchasing. The product may have varying results
depending on your particular situation.
Shipping
Information
We generally use door to door couriers to ship
items and on occasions may use other methods such as Australia Post. The charge is
determined by the size, weight and destination of your parcel and includes
a small handling fee and can be quoted prior to purchase.
Local pick-ups are available for items
ordered though our online store by Appointment Only prior to placing the online
order. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.
Delivery generally takes 2-10 business days
however we cannot be responsible for delays outside of our control. If you
require your items urgently please email first to ensure we are able to
meet your deadline.
Postage and handling fees are non-refundable
in the event of warranty claims however postage will be paid by Easy Home Products Pty Ltd
in the event of faulty goods received on arrival (DOA).
Fraud
Any
party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will
be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Easy Home Products Pty Ltd
does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or
inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any
illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal
violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained
credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to
have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

respective countries that the product is being delivered in. This is a
